Bleach-Splattered Shoes

I found these plain black canvas shoes at Target for $9. I couldn’t resist such a good deal, but the shoes themselves were pretty boring. So: bleach.

It was so simple to do, but I am so happy with how these turned out.

I just stuffed the shoes with newspaper, splattered them with a mixture of bleach and water, and rinsed them off in my kitchen sink. They took a couple of days to dry post rinsing, but they look fantastic!
